Basics

Lapisia come in two forms that can be used to enchant a specific type of item, weapon or armor/shield. Each Lapisia provides a bonus to their respective item type when the item is successfully enchanted.

IconNameItemFunctionAcquisitionNotes

33ni0xh.jpgWeapon LapisiaWeaponadds attack powerWorld Drop or Web Item Mall (99AP)These can break your gear
4jl3sj.jpgPower LapisiaWeaponadds attack powerWeb Item Mall (399AP)These will not break your gear

The Weapon/Armor Lapisia variants will break the item being Enchanted if the process fails, whereas failures with the Power/Defense Lapisia merely result in the loss of the enchantment materials (ingredients + Lapisia) but not the item itself.

NOTE: When using the Lapisia that can break gear, a Lucky Charm will NOT prevent item breakage. Lucky Charms only prevent breakage due to failed links and you are not actually linking anything to the item when using Lapisia.

The bonus applied from the Armor/Defense Lapisia is +5 absorption per successful Enchant. This absorption applies to all direct damage you sustain regardless of source, physical or magical. Absorption has no effect on damage over time effects (poison, fire effect, etc) except damage from the initial hit if it causes any.

The bonus applied from the Weapon/Power Lapisia operates on a tiered system, the following are confirmed bonuses for weapon enchantments

  • [1] - [3] the gain is +7 attack
  • [4] - [6] the gain is +10 attack
  • [7] - [9] the gain is +13 attack
  • [10] - [12] the gain is +16 attack
  • [13] the gain is +19 attack

(the bonus may increase beyond what is shown here, updates will be made as more information comes to light)

The following are extrapolated bonuses for weapon enchantments, based on the pattern of +3 bonus every 3 levels identified from the confirmed data above

  • [14] - [15] the gain is +19 attack (unconfirmed)
  • [16] - [18] the gain is +22 attack (unconfirmed)
  • [19] - [20] the gain is +25 attack (unconfirmed)

(These figures are speculative, and will require confirmation)

Process

1z384qs.jpg
To gain these bonuses, you must take 3 things to a blacksmith
... the item to be enchanted
... the appropriate Lapisia
... the required ingredient
Once at the blacksmith, click 'Repair Weapon', then 'Enchant'

2hwqk4.jpg
Place the item to Enchant in the 'Item' slot (your weapon or armor piece)
Place some of the required enchantment item into the 'Enchant' slot
You can determine the required item by the example below
j93bph.jpg

This is displayed towards the bottom of the item when you hover your cursor over it.
If there is no item listed, then the item can NOT be enchanted with Lapisia

Finally, place the appropriate Lapisia into the 'Lapisia' slot
Once these 3 items are in place, click the 'Enchant' button

If the Enchantment is successful, the Lapisia and ingredients will vanish, your item will flash white and you'll hear the same sound as when a Lapis is linked. If you fail, you can lose everything, depending on which Lapisia version you are using as noted in the table above.

Enchantments costs vary, depending on which your are enchanting (weapon or armor) and no confirmation dialogue comes up as when linking Lapis showing any costs or percentages. It is possible to see the amount required to perform an enchantment, but it is only displayed in the dialogue box if you have insufficient gold.

[3]1,040,0002,500,000

(will add more cost information as it becomes available)

Notes

In regards to the 'required ingredients', there is no set amount to use per level (at least one is not known at this time). There have been instances where 1 was used and success resulted and other instances where 100 were used and the process failed.
