Basic Information
- HP - Hit Points - Life (your red bar)
- MP - Magic Points - Mana - EN - Energy
- AOE or AoE - Area of Effect
- Lv/Lvl - Level
- GS - Game Sage
- GM - Game Master
- NPC - Non-Player Character
- PvP - Player vs Player
- EA/SA - Elf Arena/Sprite Arena
- FA/HFA - Hellfire Arena
- EXP- Experience
- DPS - Damage Per Second (Can refer to classes that have good DPS, example: DPS LFP in party chat)
- Tank - Person that takes damage for the party, has high defense and HP (example: Paladins are great tanks)
- Highbie - A player level 51 or higher, usually in regard to the cooperative dungeon, White Ruins
- Lowbie - A player level 50 or below, usually in regard to the cooperative dungeon, White Ruins
Social/Communication
- WC - wrong chat/chat channel
- PM - Private Message (can be whisper or a mail in-game; not to be confused with Product Manager)
- Tell/Whisper (/t PLayername message) - chat private message
- Pst - Tell, whisper

- ctrl P - Party chat
- ctrl W - World chat
- ctrl Y - Yell
- ctrl L - LFP chat
- ctrl R - Quick respond to last pm/whisper
