DYING
If you haven't seen the trailer for Pokemon X and Y, you must have a really hard time surfing the internet. I was stuck without a computer for three weeks and Pokemon X and Y have been anounced about three days before I got it back, and the first thing I saw everywhere was "NINTENDO ANNOUNCED GENERATION SIX!", "POKEMON X AND Y ANNOUNCED!" and "POKEMON X AND Y TO BE RELEASED ON THE 3DS IN OCTOBER!", among other things. So I was just dying to check it out.
I did a little bit of inside research about the game, release date and some of the Pokemon that have already been released, along with Nintendo Direct.
Now, unless you have a hard time reading the title, (If you did I would be questioning how you are able to read this.) I'm going to give my FULL OPINION and not just rave about how awesome it looks. (Which, in reality, I wish I was doing right now.)
Now... for the starter Pokemon. One moment, I must go get my flame shield.

... What IS this thing? According to some of my friends, (and Bulbapedia) it's apparently some kind mole... or hedgehog. I've gotten multiple guesses from some people. Anyway, I will admit, this thing is pretty cute looking. Since stats and evolutions haven't been released yet, I can't quite say a lot about the game. This would probably be my second choice for a starter, though.

It's cute. It used a psychic attack in the trailer. It's a freaking Fennec Fox. But why is everyone raving about it? I like it, but it just seems a tad overrated... it's only been out for NINE DAYS, people! Get a grip!

Oh. My. Blog. When I first saw Froakie, I fell in LOVE for the first time. I will admit, a frog Pokemon seems a little unoriginal, but this frog has a CLOUD JET-PACK.
