Once upon a time, there was a shooting star that stroke light across the azure night sky of Aeria. There was something odd about this star, because it would arrive only during the summer but would shoot across the sky every night of it. It would start as a faint glow during the early days of June. Then, after a few weeks, it would begin to get brighter and would shine streaks of blue and white. The people from Eden, the Eternal Land, are mostly the only ones who could observe this star. Some are amused by the star and would see it every night, while others don't care as much. Eventually, the star grew brighter and brighter and reached its peak around the Summer Solstice.
For the next weeks it continued to shine across the heavens, though not as bright as the most of the stars. It would listen to the wishes of the people. The few people enjoyed the shooting star, and the star enjoyed their presence. But then, the end of July came, and the star eventually started to diminish. It began to gradually lose its light after reaching its starry peak. It started losing its glow and granting less wishes. As the star continued to glow fainter and fainter, a lot of the people then forgot that the shooting start ever existed. A few people, though, still watch the soft blue light fall from the sky every few nights, watching its glisten and wishing upon its light. The star was meant to grant all these wishes. This was a role it wanted to fulfill. Unfortunately, it has to come to an end. The dreadful day comes, and the star, then, completely loses its light and disappears. It doesn't die; it just fades away from the sky of Aeria and from the Eternal Land of Eden. It escapes from the night sky and flies across another distant Land, awaiting its summer's return back again to Aeria. I am this shooting star.
I had a great time with Aeria this summer. Played Eden Eternal most of the way. I made some awesome game friends and forum friends. :D Sadly, school is coming soon and I won't have any time for Aeria. I hope I've been of service to you all this summer and a good friend/guildie/buddy/forum friend/sig maker/player/party member/ and more. Don't worry, I'm not disappearing forever. Just like that shooting star, I'll come back next summer. And if I don't.. that just means I've moved on. Farewell Aeria!~
