"What's wrong with Emo, Mae!" - AngelicDemon
Honestly? Nothing.
Each to their own and what not; you are what you are.
Personally I suggest 'Emo' in a bad way because I do not like handling too much depression.
I find the most 'stereotypical' of Emo -Such as yourself- to be somewhat annoying, infact I would mostly stab you in the neck, with a knife. I'm kidding. On a serious note though, I find you annoying because of how every little thing becomes a big story and to some extreme I have to be rational about what you say in order to make you stop sprouting bull-crap stories and listen.
I quote you said "Words cut deeper then a knife ever could."
Despite this meaning, you are aware that it isn't true, through the power of ignoring?
Once again though, each to their own.
It's slightly bad (In my opinion) when people -you- label yourself as Emo, asif I would give you some sort of 'pity'
I didn't know you from the next girl but you randomly said it. (Keep this in mind that it isn't aimed at you..fully..and will answer the question to full portion)
True, I do not know what has actually happened in an Emo's life to prevent them from being that way, just in most cases they're attention-seeking or 'posing'
My thoughts on Emo is seeming to sound bad, but if you take into account of my first sentence you'll realise why it just seems that most people dislike Emo. Nothing truly is wrong with being one; Emo just means 'emotional' so it very well cannot be an insult if someone calls you it. It's more of an expression.
What's oddly mistaken is people claim Emo to be mostly depressing, let's face it, they do not give another sign, but we all know you have the other emotions too.
You probably don't all have diaries and if you did there is nothing wrong with that either; you're intune to your feelings.
But seriously, it doesn't matter what 'click' you fit into, you have to stop cutting yourself. (I do find it silly that the person cuts their wrist the wrong way for one thing, related back to my attention-seeking point.) Ending your life will not resolve anything and you're not the only one dealing with issues in the world.
You think that a black haired, skinny-jeaned, converse-wearing kid has problems? No, most likey it will be the random smiling lady who's trying her best to stay colourful so we don't expect a thing.
Let's keep in mind that the 'Emo' trend IS just a phase... that's why you only see teenagers in the zone with it.
I do know 'Emo' people still have fun with their friends and consume a life (When they're not failing at trying to end it on their wrist) Afterall, you're human like everyone else.
The 'Emo' click just have more in-depth wondering on their life at the current moment. So their is nothing wrong with it...My verdict is sometimes you should shut the **** up thinking you're the one with huge problems when you're just a teenager. :)
