For a long time, we've requested an increased availability of Staff support beyond "ordinary business hours in California." It's very nice to see that happening. Without such increased support availability, some recent crises could have reached catastrophic proportions. A hearty thanks from a grateful GS, for making our lives a little easier.

The Staff does listen, and they do care. It's time to thank them for not merely hearing our petitions, but listening to us as well, because listening is a virtue that is the foundation of communication. Without listening, ideals could never be realized. The most meritorious of virtues for anyone in a liaison position, it goes without saying that our Liaison deserves our sincere gratitude, but I'm saying it anyay. Thanks, Peechu. :)
