Chapter 1- Neon’s Past
Once upon a time in a city called Holy Garden there lived a young teen called Neon. Neon was 19 years old and had short black hair. He lived in Holy Garden with his cat, Kitty, and his sister, Mimic. It was a new day when Neon decided to go training in the White Forest. He grabbed his Long Sword and asks his sister, Mimic to come along. Mimic grabs her sword as Neon waits for her. Mimic had short silver hair and was 18 years old. She always wore a Foxy Mask. After Mimic is all ready they leave the house. Neon and Mimic head out to the White Forest unaware that they’re being followed. When they get there they stop to rest. During that time they eat the food they brought with them. The rogue vampires watch them while they eat. After they get done eating Neon and Mimic grab their swords and start practice fighting on each other. During their practice the rogue vampires jump out of hiding and grab Neon. Neon drops his sword as the rogue vampires tie his hands up. “Let me go!” says Neon as he tries to run. Mimic runs to help her brother but the rest of the vampires grab her. Mimic tries to break loose but the vampires are too strong. “Ah so we finally found u Neon” says Aqua approaching Neon. “You know me?” asks Neon. “Vampira has taken quite an interest in u.” says Aqua. “Who’s Vampira?” asks Neon. “Vampira is the queen of ShadowFalls. She is your new master.” says Aqua. “Don’t listen to her Neon! She just wants to use u!” yells Mimic. Aqua turns around and slaps Mimic. “Since when have u heard about Vampira?” asks Aqua. “I’m not about to let my brother fall into the hands of vampires!” yells Mimic. Aqua slaps Mimic again causing Mimic’s mask to fall off. “Stop hitting my sister!” yells Neon. Aqua turns around to face Neon again. You really value your sister that much?” asks Aqua. “Mimic means the world to me.” answers Neon. “Very well.” says Aqua. Aqua stands up and orders one of the vampires to bite Mimic. All but one vampire, called Hunter walks away from Mimic. Hunter bushes Mimic’s hair aside and bites her neck with sharp fangs. Mimic’s neck bleeds as she screams out in pain. Black markings appear on her neck as Hunter takes his fangs out. Mimic collapses to the ground still screaming out in pain. “What did you do to my sis?!” yells Neon. “She’s slowly turning into a rogue vampire, the worst kind of vampires. It won’t be long now before the black markings spread and she completely loses control.” answers Hunter. “Neon if u want to save your sister u have to come with us.” says a vampire called Sam. “Why should I trust u?’ asks Neon. Aqua walks towards Neon and looks at him. “Look into my eyes. What do you see?” asks Aqua. “Don’t do it Neon.” says Mimic weakly. Neon looks into Aqua’s eyes and suddenly falls unconscious. Mimic watches as Neon falls to the ground and how he is taken by the vampires. After the vampires leave Mimic tries to stand up but falls down. She crawls to her mask but to find out it’s been shattered into pieces. She grabs her sword and uses that to help her stand up and walk. Mimic heads to Holy Garden but is surprised at what she sees. The entire city is in flames and houses are burning down. Holy Garden is destroyed. Mimic falls to the ground and cries. Mimic knows if she travels to Central City she may have a chance to be saved. She gets up and starts heading there. The markings on her neck spread a little more. Mimic’s neck hurts but she keeps walking. It’s the middle of the night when she finally reaches Central City. She walks through the empty streets and collapses on some grass. A white-haired elf sees Mimic collapse on the grass nearby. The elf walks over to Mimic and picks her up off the ground. The elf carries Mimic into his manor. Once he gets inside the elf lays her on a nearby bed. The elf turns her neck and sees the blood and markings. The elf grabs a wet cloth and starts cleaning Mimic’s neck. The elf notices that the markings are continuing to spread across her neck. The elf gets a knife and cuts himself then allows his blood to drip into Mimic’s mouth. Mimic drinks the blood as she sleeps. When the elf is done he grabs his book of symbols and markings and looks through it. As he looks through the book he watches Mimic while she’s sleeping. It was morning when Mimic finally wakes up. “Where am I?” asks Mimic.
“You’re in Central City at my manor.” replies the elf nearby. “I see so who are you?” asks Mimic. “I’m Ky. I’m an elf.” answers Ky. “Nice to meet u.” says Mimic. Suddenly someone screams and Ky runs into the person’s room. Psychic gasps for air as Ky runs in. “Thank god Ky. I saw it. I saw all of it!” yells Psychic. “Tell me what u saw Psychic.” says Ky. Psychic keeps breathing hard but finally speaks. “I saw rogue vampires kidnapping Neon and destroying Holy Garden! I saw Neon offering blood to awaken Vincent! I saw Vincent finally awaking! I saw Vampira killing our friends! I saw the fall of Eversun City, Collington City, Darkdale and Central City!” yells Psychic. Psychic screams more as he clutches the bed sheets. “Take it easy Psychic.” says Ky. Ky says a sleeping spell and Psychic falls asleep on the bed. “Thank you Ky.” whispers Psychic. Koni and Erika wake up from all the noise as they try to find Ky. “What was all the noise? Did Psychic have another bad reading?” asks Erika. “And who is this girl? asks Koni. Ky walks over to Mimic. “This is Mimic. I found her lying on the grass near the manor. Her neck was bleeding when I found her. And look at this.” says Ky. Mimic turns her neck allowing them to see the markings on her. “These markings are rogue vampire markings.” says Ky. “She’s turning into a rogue vampire. I can already see it. I’m surprised she’s lasted this long. She really must be holding it back.” says Koni. “What can u do Koni?” asks Ky. “I’ll have to turn her into a Blood Vampire. She’ll feel a lot of pain but I think it’ll work.” says Koni.
