so tonight 10/31 and 11/1 the clocks get set back an hour in the US
now as far as i know it resets at 12 or 1 am and goes back to either 11 or 12 am so how come the clocks don't constantly reset. i.e.
*12 a.m. 11/1 *resets to 11 p.m. 10/31 an hour later its back to 12 a.m. 11/1 and resets again*
also what happens if a baby is born on the time when the clocks change does the baby have the birthday of 10/31 or 11/1 or does the baby technically never exist because it technically time travels? o.O
