How it works:
1) The raffle prizes will be tiered, the winner receives the single prize. Everyone wins the event when the Tier is reached!

Tier 1 Prize - +9 Weapon, 30 minutes of 150% Pet XP
Tier 2 Prize - +10 Armor, 45 minutes of 200% EXP
Tier 3 Prize- +12 Weapon, 1 Hour of 200% SP
Rules:
1) In order to advance to the next tier of prizes a certain number of the raffle item must be sold.
2) Winners must be online at the end of the raffle to receive their prizes. If they are not online, we move on to the next person!
