Job Description Responsibilities

• Product Ideation: Identify web based product opportunities that will help make internal/external processes more efficient. Solicit our community of gamers and in house experts to formulate a plan of attack. These products will likely affect millions of gamers, so think big!
• Product Documentation: Clearly document and communicate your product concepts to the development team. Be able to present concepts to internal groups via Powerpoint, product documentations, and wireframes.
• Project Execution: Work closely with Development, QA and Project Management Teams to ensure that original vision is executed flawlessly. Make decisions in fast paced development environment to address development limitations/opportunities.
• Product Optimization: Define success metrics through analytics to demonstrate the success of products.

Qualifications:

• Quick learner with a passion for Internet , social networking and mobile trends.
• 3-5 Years experience in social networking, mobile or gaming product design.
• Business, Engineering or Technical background/degree (BS Required, MBA a plus)
• Familiarity with casual games, mobile products, online games, mmo games, rpg games is a BIG plus
• Familiarity with Vizio (or other design software), Powerpoint a plus
• Agile Development a plus
