Job Description Responsibilities

Game Operations:

• Compile and analyze reports on player acquisition, retention, and monetization
• Communicate with developers on bugs, patches, content releases, & enhancements
• Develop strategies to promote the game and actively monitor the gaming community

Team Management:

• Direct Game Masters and Customer Service team in testing, community management, sales, and in game events
• Provide guidance, direction and support to Game Masters to ensure milestones are accomplished and schedules are achieved on time
• Establish and maintain a creative and productive environment through effective team communication

Sales

• Create and implement virtual item promotions
• Coordinate and execute scheduled promotions throughout the month
• Monitor and manage day to day sales to achieve quarterly goals. Achieve goals through quality execution and by meeting market requirements

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills
• Able to prepare reports and analyze customers‚Äô trend and characteristics
• Proven ability to take initiative, be proactive, and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in successfully developing and managing people, resources and schedules
• Passion for online games and preferred knowledge of MMO games and the online gaming community market
• Bachelor of Science preferred; MBA is a plus
• Strong Project Management and leadership skills a plus

Other Qualifications (Berlin office):

• Native speaker of a European language (German, French, Turkish, etc.)
• Fluency in English
• Understanding of the video gaming market in a European territory

Other Qualifications (Sao Paulo office):

• Native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese or Latin America Spanish
• Fluency in English
• Understanding of the video gaming market in Latin America
