Program/Project Manager
We are looking for a talented Program Manager who will focus on developing programs and processes and managing shared services at Aeria Games.
Instead of working with one product and a long term lifecycle, we have many projects using shared resources with timelines that run from 2 days to 2 months and shorter lifecycles. Our ideal candidate is able to quickly grasp our needs and challenges and create processes based on experience in similar environments.
- OUR PROGRAM MANAGER WILL:
- Using PM standards and methodologies, recommend and implement processes aligned with company's needs and goals
- Improve PM standards and methodologies
- Define and implement processes, policies, and tools in measurable improvements for shared services
- Provide high quality deliverables on schedule
- Work with shared services teams to establish and update plans with actual timeline/cost and forecast timeline cost
- Manage deviations from plan
- Report to respective stakeholders and liaise with project sponsors and/or customers
- Mitigate project risks while involving stakeholders and team members

Aeria Games is looking for a talented graphics designer to create marketing assets, branding images, and advertising creatives for top rated games in the Aeria Games portfolio. The graphic designer should have demonstrated ability to use art and visual images to communicate desired messaging to defined target audiences.
- A GRAPHIC DESIGNER WOULD:
- Create concept materials by considering the target audience, the message being conveyed, and the specific medium (e.g., static images; concept art; Flash)
- Create compositions to approval by stakeholders
- Deliver final assets in predefined formats to support the publication of those assets
- Manage marketing assets
- IF YOU HAVE:
- Demonstrated Photoshop and Flash skills and experience
- Experience with key art development, packaging, logos and icons, composite layouts, web and banner graphics.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail and ability to turn projects in a timely manner
- Experience with non-digital art is desired
