WHAT DO ASSOCIATE PRODUCERS DO?

This role is multi-faceted. On any given day you may be:

Working with Game Product Managers on overall game support/development, marketing, community building, and sales, including monitoring and managing daily/monthly/quarterly sales.

Be responsible for maintaining servers that provide online gaming services for game players across the world in a fast-growing, exciting company in our new European headquarters in Berlin, Germany.

3+ years experience maintaining small and large-scale (100+ servers) systems.
Database experience: MySQL and MSSQL.

Network infrastructure device experience: firewalls, load balancers, etc.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Aeria Games is looking for a talented graphics designer to create marketing assets, branding images, and advertising creatives for top rated games in the Aeria Games portfolio. The graphic designer should have demonstrated ability to use art and visual images to communicate desired messaging to defined target audiences.

A GRAPHIC DESIGNER WOULD:

Create concept materials by considering the target audience, the message being conveyed, and the specific medium (e.g., static images; concept art; Flash)
Create compositions to approval by stakeholders
Deliver final assets in predefined formats to support the publication of those assets

FLASH DEVELOPER

Aeria Games is looking for a talented Flash Developer who enjoys creating interactive contents with strong coding skills and the right product design sense. The Flash Developer should have demonstrated ability to create code-driven Flash content that communicates with back-end server and/or external web APIs with careful thoughts on UI/UX design, as well as ability to write clean code with object oriented design.

Senior Quality Assurance

You will be the first QA hire in a rapidly growing startup!
Primary responsibilities include establishing QA processes for the company, writing test plans for others to execute (hands-on testing may also be required), and setting up automated regression testing. You will also be mentoring/training game testers and (eventually) developing and leading a QA department for the company.
