Q: Whenever I try to log into Last Chaos I get a "Timed Out" message. What does this mean?
A: Timing out occurs when a player gets disconnected from the server and then immediately attempts to log back in. The server believes that you are still logged into the game. The best thing to do is wait 10 minutes and then reattempt log in.
(If problems still occur you may have to Re-install the game client)
Q: When I attempt to log in I receive an "Account Id already logged on" message.
A: This could mean that your account has been compromised. The best thing to do is to contact info@aeriagames.com, with the standard information.
Q: I keep getting disconnected from the server, what’s up with that?
A: Occasionally you may be disconnected from our server because the server itself has become too full. The best thing to do is wait a few minutes and then reconnect. If you are disconnected frequently check your internet connection.
Q: I have found a bug in the game, how do I report it to someone?
A: Email info@aeriagames.com with the topic of your email being under Bugs and Glitches.

A: The best thing you can do to get rid of a runtime error is
- 1) Update your system completely, following the instructions given at the beginning of this FAQ
- 2) Search the forums to make sure that the error has not already been recognized by Aeria Games as a common problem

what can i do to get this running right it wont load game correctly on my vista now that the last update for your website to show on the updater i get update failed

My computer does this once in a while by iteself but most games in works, for this game everytime the game is about to load my computer restarts.I've tried lots of times now but it just doesn't work.

Everytime I try to play the game and sign in I get a messege saying that it can't connect to the server check connection. But I'm online right now to global internet. Why can't I log in, I have never even been able to play the game yet!

Has anyone on 12sky managed to find out how to get devotion back up? i still cant get in. even though it says on the 12sky site that devotion IS back on. ive reinstalled 12sky and everything and still cant get in. i also put a crow in my bank same as other stuck players, is this the reason i cant play? please can someone fix this! i want to play again!!!

Ever since the servers went down on the 21st August, i have been unable to log in to Devotion, a box appears saying "An Unknown Error Has Occured"
but i am able to log in to the other two servers with no problems at all.
