For any technical issues involving:

  1. Runtime Errors
  2. Timing out
  3. Disconnects

Please do the following before sending a petition:

  1. Update your OS with all current patches, here.
  2. Update your DirectX to the latest version, here.
  3. Update your drivers to the latest version. (Location dependent on your hardware)
  4. Do a complete uninstall of your game. Re-download the client and install again.

When sending a petition to support please include the following:

  1. Account name
  2. Character Name
  3. Email Address
  4. Alternate Email Address
  5. (Optional) Aeria Points receipt numbers
