When sending a petition to info@aeriagames.com please include the following in your mail:
- Account name
- Character Name
- Email Address
- Alternate Email Address
- (Optional) Aeria Points receipt numbers
- I want to play, what do I do?
- How can I change my password?
- I did not receive the registration confirmation e-mail. What can I do?
- Do I need to pay for playing any game from Aeria?
- Then how do you make money?
- How do I purchase items from the game Item Mall/Shop?
- Is it safe to purchase Aeria Points?
- How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
A. Follow four steps
(1) Register your account here,
(2) Receive the registration and confirm your email,
(3) Download the game client from the corresponding game page (e.g. Last Chaos), and
(4) Install the game client and login to play free.
Q. How can I change my password?
A. To reset or change your password, go here.
Once you have done this, you should be able to log into the game.
Q. I did not receive the registration confirmation e-mail. What can I do?
A. You can request another password to be sent to you by using this link while not logged in. Alternatively, you can put our e-mail address on your whitelist so that the confirmation e-mail can be properly delivered to your inbox. If you still have troubles, send an email to info@aeriagames.com with your user name and the detail description of the problem.
Q. Do I need to pay for playing any game from Aeria?
A. There will be no charge to download and play any game. All games operated by us will remain Free to Play.
Q. Then how do you make money?
A. We have an item mall/shop system in-game that will sell useful items for money. Buying from the mall is optional.
Q. How do I purchase items from the Item Mall/Shop?
A. You must first purchase Aeria Points here. Once receiving Aeria Points, you can purchase items in-game using Aeria Points. Each game is unique:
- To purchase items for DOMO go to its item mall
- To purchase items for Last Chaos, use the in-game item mall button. Detailed instruction can also be found here
- To purchase items for Twelve Sky, use the item mall button at the bottom of the screen in-game. Detailed instruction can also be found here
- To purchase items for Shaiya, use the in-game item mall button.
- To purchase items in Project Torque, use the Store button in-game
A. Yes. We partner with reputable payment providers such as PayPal to provide a safe and secure purchasing experience.
Q. How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
A. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter in one of two ways:
- At the bottom of the newsletter is a link labeled "Click here to unsubscribe from this newsletter". This is a unique link for the subscriber, and will bring you to a page where you can choose to unsubscribe.
- You can log in to our web site. Once logged in, you can select "Preferencest", then the "Edit" tab, then "Newsletters". You must uncheck the "Newsletter" box.
I can log into the Aeria site but Cronous will not allow me to log in, says wrong password.
when i play i don't know what my ID is and i was never told where was it duppose to appear or where can i find it?
I was on Last Chaos earlier today and logged in fine. I got disconnected and restarted the program. Now upon signing in I get a Time Out message. I put in the wrong password to test it and still continue to get that time out message when usually I would get the wrong password message. What can I do to see if the server is down or if there is another problem?

Every time I go to the teleporter and try to go to dratan, the game ends for me. How do i get to dratan?
