Q: What do I need to know before I mail billing?
A: Before emailing billing support (billing@aeriagames.com), please note the following: The account that will be given the Aeria Points, will be the one that you are signed in as in the website.

Please include in your email:

  • 1) Aeria Games Account ID (not In Game Name)
  • 2) Transaction/Receipt ID
  • 3) Date and amount of transaction
If #2 is not available, please supply the last name on your Pay Pal

Q: Where are my Aeria Points?
A: You can find your Aeria Points once you sign in your profile history.
This will show you how much you have spent and on what.
If you are looking for the counter keeping track of how many Aeria Points you have it varies depending on the game:

Last Chaos:
In Last Chaos you click on the button that says store in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, to open your item mall window. The point count can be found in the bottom right corner.

Project Torque:
In Project Torque in you first open your game you will see your AP and RP in the right hand corner.

Twelve Sky:
In Twelve Sky there is an NPC named Mall Manager Nowon, when you select him to talk and then select buy your points will show up at the top of the shop where there is a picture of gold.

Shaiya:
In Shaiya, the first button, at the bottom left corner that looks like gold. This is their item mall.

Q: How do I get Aeria Points?
A: There is only one way to get Aeria Points that is to be logged into your profile and select the store tab at the top of the webpage. Click on the Aeria Point Recharge button and select your type of payment.

Q: Do I have to pay with Pay Pal?
A: We have three 3rd Party Payment methods that can be used. Pay Pal, Pay by Cash, and U-Kash. These are the only way to get Aeria Points.
Q: I used the credit card Payment why is it asking me to log into Pay Pal?
A: Because we only use third party payment methods, when you put an email or credit card that Pay Pal recognizes it will ask you to log in, but you still have the option of not making a pay pal account. Please refer to the picture below for more information.
Q: I got a confirmation from the bank saying my money was taken out but I didn't receive Aeria Points?
A: This happens for several reasons,
  • 1. Pay Pal's E-check takes 7-11 days to clear. Even though the funds are withdrawn right away. Pay pal will hold your funds till they completely clear your account. This is a standard Pay Pal policy and Aeria Games has no control over this.
  • 2. You payment hasn't cleared with the 3rd party payment method. If this is the case you should go to their website and find out why. We can only award Aeria Points after the 3rd party notifies us. The only 3rd party payment method that we have access looking at the records is Pay Pal. If you are using the other methods please contact them for any issues regarding payment.

Q: I bought purchased Aeria points during a bonus cash sale but haven't received my AP! When will it come?
A: Bonus cash (and corresponding sales) are awarded when the transactions clear. If you purchase bonus cash after the end time You will not receive the bonus!!!

Q: I am a new buyer. What are my limits for purchasing Aeria Points?
A: As a first time buyer, your account will be enabled for purchasing 72 hours after creation. Furthermore it is limited to one transaction a day, for three days after being enabled. After this time your limit will be raised to $150 per day.
