Q: How do I get Aeria Points?
A: You can purchase Aeria Points by logging into our website with the User ID you play with and buy them at our store. Please make sure you are logged into the correct account you want the points to be awarded to. Once the points are awarded, we will not be able to transfer them to another account.

Q: I am a new buyer. What are my limits for purchasing Aeria Points?
A: As a first time buyer, you are able to purchase AP once you have created an account. You are however limited to one purchase per day for the first 3 days.
To better protect our users, we have implemented some new security features when purchasing Aeria Points. The first purchase of AP, which player's may require that they wait up to 10 minutes after the transaction clears before being able to spend the points in-game. During the process, players may not be able to see their AP balance. Please do not be alarmed by this. The points will be available shortly after the process is completed. This is to ensure that our security checks can verify your information and confirm the transaction prior to it being made available, thereby ensuring the security of your transaction.
Q How do I get the most points for my money?
A: By setting up PayPal Recurring. If you know you are a type of player who purchases AP a lot, having PayPal Recurring can really benefit you. (Funds are taken out on the 25th.)
For example, if you purchase $100 with regular PayPal express, you will only get 1200ap. But if you have a PayPal Recurring account setup, where the money is taken out each month, instead of the 1200ap, you would get 7500ap.

Q:What is PayPal Auto-recharge?
A: A: PayPal Auto-recharge will automatically top up your Aeria Point balance when it falls below 250 AP. This allows you to always have Aeria Points available to make purchases.
Once you have made the initial transaction through PayPal Express and agreed to take part in the Auto-recharge feature, your PayPal account is charged as it is in a normal transaction, but you are not required to approve each transaction when your balance falls below 250 AP.

Q: Which payment methods do you support?

Q: Where are my Aeria Points?
A: Your Aeria Points will be awarded to the User ID you were logged in as when purchasing from our billing page. You can see your Aeria Points once you sign into our website (located in the right hand corner-next to your user name or you can view your profile history.
Your account history will show you how much you have spent on which Items and your reward points’ status.
If you want to check your AP balance while in-game:.
Eden Eternal::
In Eden Eternal, press "I" to bring up the Item Mall window. The AP amount can be found at the bottom, right next to the blue diamond icon.
Last Chaos: :
In Last Chaos, click on the button that says shop on the bottom right hand corner of the screen, to open your item mall window. The point count can be found in the bottom right corner.
Shaiya: :
In Shaiya, the first button, at the bottom left corner that looks like gold. This is their item mall.
Twelve Sky 2::
In Twelve Sky 2, click “Item Mall” at the bottom right. From there you can see your available Aeria Points in the upper right-hand corner of the Item Mall window.

Q: I received a confirmation from the bank saying my money was taken out but I haven’t received my Aeria Points?
A: This happens for several reasons,
You’ve chose to make your payment with PayPal E-check instead of PayPal Instant Transfer. PayPal E-check can takes up to 7-11 days to clear. Even though the funds are withdrawn right away. PayPal will hold your funds until they have cleared your account. This is a standard PayPal policy and Aeria Games has no control over this.
Your payment hasn't cleared with your chosen payment method. If this is the case you should go to their website and find out why. We can only award Aeria Points after notification from your payment method. Please make sure to contact them first about the issue before contacting billing. This will prevent further delay.
Q: I purchased Aeria Points during a Bonus Cash sale but haven't received my bonus. When will it come?
A: Bonus Cash (and corresponding sales) are awarded only when the transaction clears within the promotional time frame. If your purchase cleared after the end of the promotion, you will not receive the bonus. Please read the announcements in full.
Q: Why did I not get the full amount of Bonus Cash from a sale?
A: Please make sure that you have used a payment method that was included in our sale and that you have purchased the correct amount to receive a particular bonus as not all amounts will get the same Bonus Cash.
When you are purchasing, step 3 will show how much you will receive in AP and Bonus Cash if you qualify within the time frame.
Q: My credit card gift card (example: Visa Gift Card) was declined but I was charged $0.99/$1?
A: The $0.99/$1 charge you see is called an authorization. Authorizations are not actual charges but temporary holds placed on a credit card to insure it's a valid card.
Authorizations are common for gift cards and prepaid credit card purchases, always make sure that you have at least $1more than the amount you are trying to buy or your purchase may be declined due to insufficient funds.
Example: A Visa Gift Card of $50 will only be able to purchase for our $30 or below option since the card will be charged $30 PLUS the $1. If a purchase of $50 is attempted, the purchase will not go through since the card will be charged the $50 PLUS the $1 authorization for a total of $51. The $51 will not go through since the card has only $50 on it.
Q: I bought/sent an item in game but I/they didn’t get it. What do I do now?
A: If you or someone you know has not received a sent/purchased game item then please contact the game you play by going to our “Contact Us” page. Select the “Game Support” and then chose your game in the “Game” drop down box providing them with your item purchase information.
Q: When can I redeem my reward points?
A: Reward points cannot be claimed until 90 DAYS AFTER the purchase clear date (or the date they were awarded to your account). You can view your accumulated reward points here:

Please make sure you select the month and year of your purchase to see the reward points you have accumulated for that month and year. This page will also show they can be claimed.
Q: Are Aeria Points (AP) refundable?
A: No, APs are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another account. APs are awarded to the User ID they were purchased with.
Q: Why do I see a -1 on my account?
A: Don’t be alarmed, when you see a -1 on your account it does not mean you have no points. What this -1 means is that your account is currently on hold for security reasons. Please contact billing directly for them to help you resolve this issue.
Q: Why do I see a -2 on my account?
A: The -2AP (s89 error or error 99) you see does not mean that you have a negative amount in your account. It simply means that your account is going through a wait period for security reasons. It will not affect any amount of AP you have purchased or will purchase in the future. There is no need to submit a “Request Ticket” to billing for a -2, simply log into the game and after 20 minutes you will receive your AP. If after 20 minutes you do not receive your AP after seeing the -2, please contact billing to resolve this issue.
Q: What do I need to know before I contact billing support?
A: Before using our contact support (http://www.aeriagames.com/contact), please make sure that you have ALL of the following:
- Aeria Games Account ID (not In Game Name)
- Payment Method Used
- Transaction/Receipt ID
- Date and amount of transaction
