well in the past he said he worked for the inner government for Lansel that was cut short form the Council along with Casey

His powers are are still unkonwn but the Council will be keeping watch
he's a Soul Collecter not very powerful if you ask me his other form is a monkey like form

in the current battle in the world that never was him and Emily are having a fight i cant wait to see the outcome Xemnas is going to be hard for them

lol he is a very strong soul collector the strongest there is. With 3000 soulsbunder him. He is very strong but has trouble because of the seals but i think i found away around it *wink* his other form is a monkey that can catch fire making him faster and stronger.

in some cases there is trouble fighting strong people such as Aizen Sephiroth Casey and a few upcoming ones

and before you get to ahead of yourself i'll explain somthing Keyleyoshi completely disables all powerful attacks and forms Dark soul gained some of that power to just seal it

well if we all work together we can find ways to beat them. Oh and Zeels personality. He is very energetic and happy guy. He is tormented from his souls because of the evil ones and wants nothing more then to just die. But he wont do it himself that is why he talks so much he wants some one to fight and kill him but not just any one some one strong
