:P I will if you will!
...Well, probably around a month ago, my sister came to me in the night, she is older than me - she is sixteen and I'm thirteen, anyway, she was sad and was crying. I didn't know what to say because, well, I'm not that good when people are emotionally hurt in any way specially those close to me. She told me how she sees our parents, ooh and right now we are kinda poor, how they can spend beer and coke and my dad - smokes on stuff but not on stuff like... braces for her, or her back that really needs it. Or a Anzac trip. She said how she always pretends to be happy. I was speechless and it hurt. I felt hurt, seeing it from her point-of-view... But now I over-look it thinking she was over-reacting and how she could say this to me...I was thinking she was a bit selfish. We went on like nothing happened...no spoken word to our parents or anyone...
I don't know what I did was right...I just have had it on my mind for awhile and... letting it out to strangers (someone I haven't seen in real life.) makes me feel...a bit better, I'm just not sure...what goes through her mind.
=} Thanks..

And I don't know if that was my place to give out...but just from my point-of-view...

Ok, this might go better in the Advice section, but this is good enough, so here goes...

I've been in pretty much the same situation your family is in, both as child and parent. First, be assured your parents love you and want only the best for you, even if they might not always make the best decisions all the time. Also, don't be upset at your sister for how she feels. She wasn't being selfish, she had something on her mind for a while and needed to let it out.
