How to make a 365 days remainig weapon or eq?? plss help me

I don't think you can make one. :/

You'll get one free 365-day weapon from the low-level quest, or you can buy it from the cash shop/item mall using AP.
For equips, the 365-day ones, you'll have to buy those with AP.
