First check the email associated to your Aeria Games account, probably you have an email confirmation with your request tracker number (check your spam folder).

If you don't have any email confirming that you sent the ticket please make sure to fill another one here ---> Biling Contact

so i sent in a ticket, RT #4452225, i got a reply, and i replied back to it.. that was wednesday the 6th.. its now tuesday the 12th.. i even got hold of a GS in game and asked them to see about it.. and still im waiting.. i was told that replying to a GMs answer would be quicker than sending a new ticket... i guess the problems with tickets has been going on for about a week now then :/

=) sorry to say this is not resolved. I sent in 2 tickets , One for the Lvl 2 element lapse raffle I won and One on a Loot forge issue. I received a Auto reply on the Loot forge Tix and not the other
