So yeah, I'm a lvl6 priest. I died a couple of times because I can't seem to heal myself. I tried hitting f1, i tried clicking on my portrait. But I can't seem to target myself. Plz help...

F1 should work if you're not in a party, if you're in a party clicking your name in the party window should do it.

If it doesn't work .. well I don't know

f1-f8 are the shortcut keys for selecting players. f1= your own character unless you are in a party.
the only way f1 will not work is if you reassigned the keys, or your f1 button is broken.

Heya.. I was having issues with this also. Check your keyboard for a "F Lock" button.. My keyboard has one that automatically turns on when I turn on my computer.. if your F Lock key is turned on, instead of F1 doing the F1 key.. it does some other auxiliary function.. (Opens HELP in my case).. If you turn the "F Lock" key off.. normally pressing F1 will allow you to select yourself

I'm a level 15 preist and Nothing worked for me, but eventually I pressed FN and tried the different F keys and it worked! try FN and F3, or the other keys

A) You resurrected a nearly 4 year old topic.

B) Any button from F1 to F7 will select yourself if you're not in a party. If your F1 button is broken...that's certainly not a problem.

C) I've never heard of an "FN" button.

I have to press FN the whatever F number on my laptop.. idk why :/ but yea, you get used to it. However when youre in a party you can just click your name

Oh yeah, forgot about that Nifty key for a laptop. But most laptops are the opposite of that, I thought. You press the FN button to NOT use the F button's regular function. o.O

Anyway, I plan on getting a laptop soon. Thanks for the helpful tip. ^^
