We have recently started to augment standard giveaways with EPins and Coupons. These are new features that allow us to give out AP as rewards and prizes to our players. These systems allow for increased options, and a broader reach.

3, nice idea, but the "must buy ap to redeem" makes me sad

I think this would be a great idea, "but the 'must buy ap to redeem' makes me sad".

I agree, especially the payment methods arent to my favour. The "must buy AP to redeem" makes it hard for me to find ppl to buy the coupon and help me claim it or stuffs. In the end, I gave them all away...
Not a nice feeling of giving a prize u won.

all it really needs is a modification to the payment system, which of course could take some time lol, then again if that happens i can imagine coupons will drop in ap value to around 50-100ap per to balance it, 1 event participation prize of 500ap is high compared to the say 200 we get for advertising a new game or beta testing browser games ect.

All depends on how generous of a reward people really want, it makes sense for a 500ap one to be redeemed in payment form,

but participation prizes maybe a simple 100ap which allows players to choose a basic reward from the IM. Which of course wouldn't need a payment to redeem.

Love the EPin dislike the coupons lol ^^ but overall great idea.

I vote 5 for the people who buy AP.

I put a 3, but I believe I'm annoyed because the release. I like this new system in general and hope to see more of it, but it appears that every newly run GM contest (aside from launch contests) handed these out, and players can only use one a month per account. I hope that they become a little more scarce and not replace AP rewards in general - especially considering the Megaten Team was simply kind enough to hand some out.

I voted 3 because the coupons are bad and must be redeemed with an AP purchase. The EPins on the other hand are fantastic, free AP is always awesome.
