Rated it a 3 but only because there are so many improvements needed. In general service is good. This month has had alot of player interaction so im hoping we can get these problems fixed

Well I voted for "Very Good" simply because there is a lot of bugs, glitches, and hackers but aeria trying their very best to solve those problems..

P.s The RT service is GREAT!! I get replies within 24 hours, keep it up!!

I have only used Aeria costumer service once, and they were pretty helpful. Although I had to wait for a few days, still is in the range of very good. Keep the good work!!

I voted poor due to I'm so tired of GM's not responding when there is a probelm in castle sieges. There has been lots of hacking and cheats and when reported you either get "big brother is watching" or nothing and those people causing the problems are not being banned. Some of it I think are because if Aeria bann's their high buying APer's then they lose money there. Those are the ones that have the worst cheats and hacks and get to stay cuz they spend money more than people like me.

The next part is due to all the glitches that have yet been fixed like guild alliance, sockets items can't be in Roy, not able to team guild up in CS and others. The alliance issue has been a probelm since before I sarted 3 years ago. Fix the problem it is far older than the other glitches for crying our loud.

Last many of the events have been canceled lately or half the information is given about it in forums and/or in game. It reallt take the fun out of the game when we are doing the same thing over and over.

I really hope things will go better I have been a loyal customer, LC blogger, and gamer for this company but feel us customers and gamers are not being heard very well.

Grand Fantasia (1):
Pretty negative month. The staff change really took is toll, with a month with poor M-Clay table, pratically without new contents or good promotions. For a week the table wasn't changed at all, too. Late answers on the forums for the new staff, at least compared to PMFenrir partecipation.
Now the things seem to be improving, but long way to go.

Caesary (4):
Only negative note the late communication for the colonize the GM city event, which leaded to some temporary ban. But the new Rebel city Coliseum is awesome! And the GMs really considered the players feedback. Go like this, Taz and Dantine!

After all, 3 is my evaluation this month, with hope for some improvement on GF side and for the kitsu saga release.

I voted 5 .. because you guys did a very great job this mont.. and in generaly.
A lot of new guns released.. and even the posibilty to buy some of them with WC.. then the WP random rewards .. very cool even if you stoped that for the moment ..dont know why but i understand from A GS that it will be brought back. There was some lag due to the last patch .. but i guess those weere only "voices" cause most of the lag issues are because of bad nternet conections that some players have.. including me lol .. anyway i will get a better conection this days. Keep it up Aeria team .. you make a great job in all of your games... i got inloved of aeria 3 years ago.. when i started to play Project Torque .. sadley that game was removed from aeria games. And again.. KEEP IT UP WITH THE GREAT JOB.
