why i alway disconneted when i log in???

I need a little more information to solve your issue

Do you actually get logged in and appear in town?

Or do you get the message "Failed to login" "Cannot connect to servers" etc. or any messages of the like ?

Actually once you press PrintScreen, the pic is saved automatically to C:/AreiaGames/LastChaosUSA/Screenshots and named as the current date/time.

And if this is the person I am thinking of, she disconnects about 5 mins after successfully logging in.
What kind of disconnect is what I do not know.

That does not work for What I am requesting.

I am requesting a "System Snapshot" not a an LC Client Game Screenshot.

There's a big difference.

i disconneted when just appear in town

I dont even get to log in. The start up screen pops up requesting my Info so i put it in and then it says "Connection Failure. filed to connect to log in server"

Make certain to check your anti virus' quarantine area for LC files, restore them, then force exception in your anti virus to the entire LC folder.

Also check your firewall and force exception to nksp.exe and LC.exe.
