It's 100% chance to demolish bridges & their inhabitants.

Love these new rules, i'm tired of people just screwing around when we host events, not respecting us when we ask them to get off mounts, stop AoE healing or swearing.

Easy peasy now.

Your trolls carry the same arrogant tone as you do. Which is why the best solution is to avoid hosting events if you don't have the the emotional intelligence to withstand their hostility.

The game will continue on either way, as there are a few enjoyable non-hosted events as well without the drama.

We do all have the strength to handle trolls at events, but this just makes everything easier.
Why troll an event in the first place? Just because you don't know the correct answer to a question, or because you got eliminated in every single round of elimination, or because you die and lose NO exp from jelly fight, doesn't justify why you would wanna troll the event?

It's rare that there's any drama at all when we host events, but for the ever so annoying person that just dont wanna stop AoE healing will lagg up the game when a lot of people are gathered, and now it's been said that you can get banned for doing it during a non-combat event.

It just make things much easier to handle, and make the game more enjoyable for everyone except the trolls ofcourse ^^

Hmm....

LOL. Some guy feeling the butthurt because he was using an exploit and got banhammered. Not only that but the spelling and grammar was so far beyond terrible i almost didnt read. Find us a REAL example with a VALID argument and no vague language or excess ragequit and perhaps you will have a semi decent point. But that example... LOLOLOL that link doesnt even make a lick of sense! dunny why i bothered clicking that, anyone else care to comment?

This is fairly straightforward. If you come to an event with the sole purpose of bashing it or even decide half way through, don't try to play innocent when the ban hammer comes down on you. People who go to theaters, be it a play of movie, and heckle the performance tend to get tossed out. Be like the critics and save your feedback for after the event.

So having an opinion that goes against the staff opinion is now a bannable offense. Man if I still cared about this game I'd be furious.

Aka just not at the event.

  • Spamming Mass Heals during non combat events? Thats really annoying, and it causes lag. Banned.

[-] ... for just using a skill, other way upgrade ur server's/ cennection to players to reduce the biggest lag, and for the players that still have lag, i have never seen a game where is a event it lag free, so dont cry.

[-]this is just the first point i agree with!

  • Poaching lower level monsters in Jelly Fight? Now they don't have any monsters, you probably didn't get any xp, and you are going to get banned.

[-] as far i can understand, we high level players need to wait till the higher level monster's come!!
sorry but none will evere do it, gues your next event on this willl be only low level player's, ban for killing a noob monster >.>

  • Any attempt to cheat or be dishonest about your participation in an event will get a ban.

[-] offcours i agree this one to.

but still where's this going?
if you run a event with uhm 50 talking people around, and just a guy talk some annoying stuff from the event you warning him, but he wont see it becouse other people talk, so he can get a ban!!

and another thing, how about people that dont read this forum? any message ingame is going around to warn all of us?

and still my thing, banning rules with event not community friendly >.>

The ban will still pass through the hands of a GM, of course, so this does not rest entirely on the judgement of a GS. That being said, here are a couple things that will easily get you banned:

  • Spamming Mass Heals during non combat events? Thats really annoying, and it causes lag. Banned.
  • Repeatedly bashing the very event you are participating in? If you don't like the event, just leave and save yourself a ban. You can always leave constructive feedback in the official events forum. We would love ideas on how to make our events better!

Allow me to Paraphrase for those that dont understand completely.
  • Don't make things difficult for everyone at the event or try to intentionaly inconvience them.
  • Don't be a jerk repeatedly (You can say things like "This event sucked" as long as you don't say it repeatedly an unessesary number of times or to the point where you just want attention)
  • Dont be a jerk and take all the event mobs from the lower lvls.
  • Dont try to cheat or lie about participating in the event, thats not fair to those who actualy did.

This is what the GMs are trying to say. If its not, it should be because I feel this would be acceptable.

I think its perfectly acceptable to ban a jerk thats being a jerk for the sake of being a jerk especially if theyve been warned. (when i say jerk, its also a paraphrase...) I'm almost sure that there will be annoucements in game about this, also.
