4.. because it's becoming better. still need to improve somethings, but things are geting really better, at least on MT.

I vote 4 because... they reply all my tickets and they care LaTale a lil bit more now Smile

Once again I'm rating 4/5. The GM team for Megaten are handling the current situation with payouts professionally. The updates on the issue may be random and too few for us players though. The GM team for Megaten responds well to any queries and questions asked by the community and helps out if needed. Although the amount of Megaten GMs on the forums or in-game is very few at the early hours of the morning(PDT), the normal time for European players. Keep up the good work!

<br>No more Megaten on Aeria.

Rating goes up to a 4 for me. I'm happy with the new games Aeria has received and also the commitment some of the GM's and Product Managers have shown towards the games they are working on. Things get done fast and I'm happy. =P

I gave a 3, contact us are quick to reply which is a plus, but there are still some issues with item mall promotions in which a lot of players are against but continue to be promoted - which makes the suggestion thread started up by a GM seem less significant overall.

Gave it a 4.

Service seems to be improving and GMs are quicker to react now.

But I'm still waiting on the results of an event on DOMO (GM Platypus) to be posted. It has been over a month and a half with no updates or final results posted.

Not sure what the team is doing... therefore service rating has been lowered.

It has been a good month, with new tools and a few nice contests, but GMs are a lot detatched from the players.
