so far fritz,jacobio,buhz killer hasnt dropped any heh

I've been killing Yabei on and off for 3 days and it hasn't dropped one yet either.

DT and EC have the same stone rewards. OSI only has 1 stone reward, and it's one of those from DC/EC.

Example: DT and EC mission orders can reward you with both Drain Life and Mark of Pestilence LV 1 for necromancer. The OSI mission order can only reward you with Drain Life LV 1, according to the rewards listed.

Edit: Killed Fritz 34 times, no drop
Killed Buhz killer 20 times, no drop
Killed Yabei 20 times, no drop
Killed Jacobio 15 times, no drop

killed fritz about 100 times no drop. 50 on jacobio and buhz killer no drops there. so if anyone does get something from those bosses lol its super rare

Also tried my luck with Basa and Kastramos in Bone Reef. I was alternating Germa and Kastramos and in the time it took to find 2 from Germa, not a single one dropped from Kastramos. Basa I killed 8 or 9 times and nothing.

I've gotten coup de grace and sandstorm (sage) from ACV mission order but I guess that's not saying much since it seems everything comes from it

I noticed that for instance Tokenlus who drops weakening strike. Does this both for Zerk as for Paladin. Lavendra who drops Blaze of glory Drops this for both Cleric as Sage.

Also Vergne who drops magic shackles does this for Necro and Wiz

Clock cleaner level 1 (assassin/dkst level 34) from PT mission order reward. Can level 6 - 65 stones be used on level 66+ skills? If not, then it's kind of pointless since it can't be traded.

Also, has anyone gotten a mongoose reflexes level 1 stone yet? If so, where did you get it?

Edit: Even if you have used a stone for a level 66+ skill, you can still use the lower level ones. I don't know why anyone would want to though, lol.

2nd Edit: Since they lowered PT MO to level 68, it makes sense for it to be a reward. The upgraded version of the skill is for level 70.

I would assume that you can't since the 66+ stones for skills starts over at fortified 1 again.

Each power stones are drop by specific monsters. Aside from MOs,World bosses and treasure chests, some rare and map bosses drops them. (Average probability of drop rate is of 5% unless you are really lucky. For treasure maps, probably 10% or lower cuz i got 1 stone in 10 hunts) ill post semi-completed list on or before the maintenance this week

Too bad I can't verify the drops from lvl 60 up but mostly they can be bought from NPCs that requires reputation. I'll post it here.
