So I've been with family for the last 1-2ish weeks, the wifi is really crappy so no luck logging into game.
I finally got a connection and was selling some of my gears - and my cousin looks over my shoulder and asks me why I'm getting rid of all my stuff.
I explained to her that I was FCing from light to dark, and had to sell all of my stuff.
After I finished telling her about the changes and why I was doing this, she slowly backed away from me, and when she got to the bedroom door exclaimed "I can't believe you are doing this!! TURNING EVIL?! I thought you were a good person, you're no cousin of mine!!!"
She then proceeded to not talk to me for the rest of the day - great fun.
She is a bit of a newb - and her traumatic experiences in 1-15 on her NM mage makes her slightly biased =/ (I tried to lure her into Shaiya, it didn't go so well)
She still expresses her resent whenever I mention the switch lol
I thought it was kind of funny at the end when she started talking to me again - so melodramatic.
Reminded me of how lots of newbs think of opposite factions at the beginning- not as the same goofy gamers but as evil people >.>
I just thought was silly and figured to share it with you guys
