Only the cells with the thick black border can be edited to ensure accuracy. The rest of the worksheet is locked so idiots won't go entering wrong values in the wrong places.
Values are used as classes (i.e. there's a maximum of 9 classes of WK) and thus must be from 0 to 9 as applicable. That's what the value restrictions are for.
Decimal values can be used to indicate ranks (e.g. 1.8 = Class 1, Rank 8).

In any case, yes, your suggested build works. You'll only get 94% for non-cashop gear though.

Yeah I read the top, but it doesn't let me edit the "edit-able" boxs.
And I only asked cuz I wanted to keep max armsmaker but still get 100% SI (at least AP-wise >_>)
