Ok, a while back I dc'ed in Yanggok valley after the gauntlet battle, and it said I was banned. Later I got an email about unusual account activity, and it was a temporary ban, so I tried to wait it out. The next day , I got an email say my account was permanently banned for hacking, and for duping, and I did neither. This happened about a month ago and I have been fighting with Aeria ever since on getting my account back, because I did nothing wrong, and I still want to play. If I did in some way look like I was doing either I would like to see the proof, and maybe we can sort things out. Please help me!!!
