I got help almost immideatly when i sent a ticket, much better service than World of Warcraft, where you have to wait a several days to get reply Very Happy

I had to break this down...because I care about the game, and because I think there are things that are handled in a great way, and other things where there could stand to be a great improvement.


Contact US- for customer service after an error, or a glitch- 5/5

I think this is handled in the best possible way. Response times are very fast. I am very satisfied with the outcome from the few times I have used this service.

Item mall promos/pricing- 1/5

GM team seems to have no clue. Players are not stupid. After getting burned, spending big money to get some rare item only to see it in endless promos and in game value go to nothing they learn.....

Event planning and support- 2/5

Monster snowballs in casino 2 of the last 4 times....come on. these drop at 1/2 the rate of flypass and you price things at 4x as many snowballs as flypass. If you want to allow people to trade in snowballs and keep the pricing, only do it once every 2 months at most.

If you post an event will run a certain amount of time and will have a certain prize*make it happen. Changing prizes from pets to transformation pills and removing the NPC 2 hours early on the first Drunken Willy event burned me so bad I have not participated in a GM run event since then (outside of casino which I am starting to regret). I understand the 2nd Drunken Willy event went much better. The GM team never acknowledged they screwed up the first event, never apologized, They came across as very arrogant. I don't trust them to do as they say. even if it is in writing.

Overall I gave a 2/5 rating

Everything that happened in the past belongs there. After this rant, I am giving the GM team a clean slate to work with. These slates are limited quantity and will remain rare. Will never be promo-ed will never be BOGO, and cannot be gotten from a Misery chest. Will only be given out on rare occasions. Please do not waste it.

So far I have no problems with the service... my tickets have been replied to in a timely manner and AP credited on time as well...

The only thing that I have a concern about is the implementation of rules in the forum... also the timely announcements of event winners...

i agree it took me 3 days to get help in WoW but areia help as soon as i sent the ticket in

I like the game shaiya. Good graphic and good events also make the graphic and npc on shaiya better. I rate this 5.

This time is a 3, good service but with some flaws.

Caesary:
- even with the new graphic vest, no much is changed.
+ But the service was good enough before.

Grand Fantasia:
+ Events handled regularly, bots & goldspammer greatly reduced;
+ 3 days of double exp, thanks GMVenom and GMPariah!
- PvP issues not even close to a solution, from ranking exploitation to stacking and camping;
- Impossibility to restore a character once deleted wrongly. Some high level player have quitted the game for this, or forced to redo a char from the scratch;
- A rising in banning for trading with alts has driven some high level players out of the community. I understand that it's for fight the gold sellers, that you can't explain the causes because you can't reveal informations on the database structure, but there must be some other method.

Over all, good work Aeria, but try to make do some serious work to the developers!

Playing Last Chaos on the Auzura server.

Good for improvements on last time.

I have the feeling Aeria actually took some complaints they could fix in the game without too much effort. The cover went up drastic in the item mall last time. The compensation of that by lowering some ap items didn't add up, but now the lowering of a lot more ap items and cover sales do add up.

Today I see patch notes before maintenance is over. That's better and a plus on communication. I'm not quite bothered with a 3 hours maintenance for almost nothing (I sleep then), but because a lot of players that don't get maintenance and have troubles clicking on links in event calendar, it might take a workload off of the GS's and GM's in the shoutbox to have a repeated msg.

And about the event calendar. Well that has became worse. Think it has been there for a while tho. I usually just ran the event times through a time converter to see when there was an event. Now I think they tried to make up a calendar that converts itself. All the times given now are incorrect from the monthly view (and I double checked my profile for country). I still need to convert and it's confusing. It hasn't became any prettier to read the events as well, since the text with the events is sometimes old and outdated or the wrong text appears with a certain event. Events do happen now at the right time more often (so not there yet). Less late night grinding to catch an sp/xp event.

I found out I do not miss Poker that much. Caesary promo and some other small promo's on free ap made up for the loss of Poker. I just really hope they keep doing these promo's and not toss them out again.
