I will not consider anything above a 1 until you change the poll options to what they used to be, or something of the like. 3 is not good, it's average. 2 isn't 'fair', 2 is bad. You're making the only one that even looks bad as 1, and 'poor' doesn't even sound that horrible. Compared to what it used to be - and what Aeria got most votes of - Terrible, poor sounds wonderful in comparison. Might have actually voted higher this time, if you hadn't insisted on keeping this up, even after several users called you out on it last time.

I have been playing Shaiya for almost 2.5 yrs now, and I have dedicated a lot of time and money into this game during that time. I have never complained before in the forums, about anything, but I believe the time has finally come to do a little. I'm not bashing or hating, I'm just venting some here and I hope you all understand that.
First, something HAS to be done about the in-game economy. When you can only post up to 4b in the auction house and apulune, yet just a 15 day conti is going for that much there is a serious problem. When new players can't possibly obtain the amounts of gold needed to buy decent gear/items unless they already HAVE a high lvl toon, then you will not be able to keep new players for very long because they will leave out of frustration. A solution to the game economics is seriously needed, and I haven't seen any real efforts from you guys to control it thus far.
As for EP5 part 1, I'm quite frustrated. My main toon is a 60 UM mage that I have spent a large amount of time, and yes... money, into creating. I didn't say anything when EP4 rolled out and my mage didn't get anything decent compared to other classes. Now, he has been REDUCED in power/ability while yet again other classes have gained new power and abilities. I also feel bad for some of the other classes since they will have to re-lapis a lot of their already worked/paid for gear just to use their new skills. What were you thinking? I am dealing with my mage and trying to learn how to continue playing effectively with the edited skill sets, but I can't even afford the same skills I had before while my UM priest was able to obtain all the same skills AND all the new ones and still have points left over.
I also have to agree with the multitude of people that have already stated that there is no way you guys put much effort into testing the new rollout. You can say it all you want, but it's not going convince me. How can you "test" and miss SO many overly obvious mistakes? If this was a one time deal, I could overlook it, but every new rollout since I have played this game has gone the same way. I'd suggest you invest in testers that can find obvious issues AND can spell correctly. Again, not bashing, just stating the truth and sometimes that hurts.. kinda like how my mage is virtually useless now in parties. Also, PLEASE put a level cap for parties back in the game! None of the new players seem to know how to play anymore because they never HAD to learn. They almost ALL are power leveling and that is a MAJOR issue. Also, like many other high lvl toons, I'm SO tired of being asked for power levels constantly.
I give you guys a 1, which is sad. I really love Shaiya and have for a long time, but the economy continues to get worse, the game play isn't exactly fun anymore, and my mage seems to get the shaft each new episode.

im new to aeria games but so far iv been playing wolf team and its amazing.

I think aeriagames service is poor they have good games but too much of all the games best items are for AP and its poor for shuting down twelve sky 1

I don't think they being doing poor, they been getting better reducing the AP mall, i see more GM actually talking in SB, i see more events happening, there still alot of glitches but well be fixed hopefully in time, Keep doing the great work

I was banned for verbal abuse, although I don't tend to rage at all. I don't recall verbally abusing anybody.

Spamming radio messages in Wolf Team was another offense. I was unaware that that could result in a permanent ban though. (I can't say I don't deserve a temporary ban, however.)

I may have given a better rating if I had received a more personalized and in-depth response to my ban appeal. I sent in about 3 or 4 paragraphs and got a 'sorry, nothing we can do' type message.

I mean that's fine in some cases, and a ban is a punishment.. I understand that. I'd just like to have a conversation instead of being given less than a proper explanation or told that I can't do anything about it.

I'm sure a lot of people can relate, most of which would give a 1 star rating for having their feelings hurt once. I, however, think that's pretty uncalled for.

All of this aside, Aeria does a good job, really. Evidence is evidence, and apparently they had it. I guess I'll have to start over.

Biggest problem is re-adding all of my friends.

LaTale's customer service lapsed slightly due to the GMs working on the new Grand Fantasia German server, but now the service is picking up again, and there are new updates being released regularly. The GMs listen to the players as much as possible and act based on player input.
whenever I've had to contact a GM the replies I've had from seem to be mostly personalised messages not automated responses (I've only ever contacted LaTale and DoMO GMs though).

When I played shiya on aeria games. It was a great experience, and years after that I played more and more. Now aeria games is my no.1 place to play.

3/5 in overall aeria games has improved greatly, but right now everything is coming to fast and its slowing the process...
