If you die with a res rune, you can send a ticket to get it reimbursed and the character revived. It's easy for the GMs to verify that you had a res rune in your inventory or if you had a continuous rune running. If neither of those is the case, then obviously you wont get your character revived for free.

If you're going to make claims like this, you'd better back them up with solid proof. You could also try using proper grammar and spelling.

Players that take long breaks from the game are not at any higher risk of being hacked in comparison to a player that regularly logs on. The people that are at risk are the ones with short (10 characters or less), easy passwords that only have alpha-numeric characters in them. If you want to keep your account as secure as possible, I would make a separate account for posting on the forums, and another for logging on the game. Each of those accounts should have separate passwords, obviously. On top of that, it's always a good idea to rotate passwords regularly, like maybe every 3 months or so.

I miss a vital part here. Would you be so kind to add the following to the instructions?

Your Shaiya account is linked to you as individual. Aside the correct personal information that you provided, the only 'proof' that matches the AGE account to you is the valid Email address which is provided in the account details.

Make sure that when you got hacked, you contact AGE through this Email address. More importantly: INSTANTLY change the password to this email account. Your Shaiya account can be hacked through your email account. It is vital for AGE that you secure this link to your identify. If you cannot secure it, it is virtually impossible for AGE to help you.

Yea, i provided all that information, plus screen shots, plus inventory listings, plus warehouse listings, plus all my characters on all the servers, what gear they had on, their levels, i provided transaction id's....i spend over $1000 on my account, it gets hacked and still this is the answer i get from you guys:

Its sad to see this but what about " Ure acount was perma banned due to dupped items u used" when u have not clue about wth this mean. Something like this was the replie from aeria when my wife toked a quiq dc and she never got his account back. And strange i still playing without problems but she got perma ban. And is more we bought are playing now just like before. We sent lots of tikets and in the last some GM (i think) send a replie to us that if i will send more tikets i will be banned too :/ . So i stoped to send more. Its strange couse i think in my opinion, aeria, or gms, no clue who is in charge with that kind of problems, are doing this in the easy way or simply dont want or have no interes to find the real hakker. Simply ban u and end of story!

it's your wife which should have send in a ticket. and if she got a reply, please react on that mail itself.

also, i believe that there is a little language barrier if i read your post. But especially the text in bold surprised me. can you make a ss of it as a proof ? ( and probably pm'ing me it) because a GM might not react by this way o.o

how to use the aeria team reply to get logged in

Hiya, ive had some trouble logging in on my other account, it says my username or password is not correct but they are, so ive sent a ticket and so on, untill the support team have sent me my account name, an email address and an id number, and i dont understand how this can log me back into my account since they didnt send me a password.

do any of u guys know how to use the info? its really confusing to me = [
