people say elementalist are better then specialist in pvp, I think it depends on the guy whos fighting, coz a lvl 100 eleme can die by a lvl 80 sorc spc if u know how to fight, or a rouge can kill a elemetalist

Ele vs spec again ?

I recently went from spec to ele and spec again ^^
(yes my 'I wanne test out the ele days)

Only did pvp though... (and some of the new high mobs ... well they did me but HEY (i'm78 btw so thats kinda normal) !!)

On pvp fought a couple of classes....

Against close range peeps like titans (who dont have a long range skill) i prefer ele ...
Since they can run, while they hit with the spirits.
(yes they complain then but it's just strategy when u just have about 2000+ hp.)

But then i got kinda owned in few sec by an archer and a ranger simply because i was in trouble with low hp and low( well b5+12 armor so not really...) def.

The low hp thing is the only 'real problem' i think ... and if they got a small damage boost and some other stuff i think ele would be a pretty good class... (I wasn't maxed though ... It's an old char... and i'm lazy ... so i'll sp wen i finally reach lvl ... 84 ... =D Maybe i should plvl more... hmmm who am i talking to ? anyway .... think i'll reach the 2 years of my lc in couple of months... is there an honor gallery for the slowest lvlers ? )

In what order would you say you should get each of the specialists skills?

Bearing in mind the various stats u need to get each and the skills usefullness.

well if an order is needed... i'd go with demon skills first =)
Since Knight is to slow for pve... and if you find a person willing to help, then demon is easier.

demon is the best way to lvl up and sp farm , I rarely go knight , only if I'm dying and get a bunch of monsters on me or in party. HAND OF DARKNESS is bad , even at lvl 2. so any sorcerers , save your sp and gold ....

You forgot spec have GREAT eva

wouldnt it be cool if spec got to keep their spirits?

ur Sudden D ente has the wrong decription, it increaes phy evasion, and yes iv looked at my phy eva befor and after i lved in while in a transformed form

i read the whole topic and it made me wanted to choose a spec, but i have a question. im lvl 30 right now so i havent picked yet. if i want my knight form to be as strong as possible should i put sp into the earth and water elementals now? or is it a completely different thing?

you first need to choose between specialist or elemantalist.
if you pick specialist , you'll need to ice spike to lvl 5 and then you could lvl Earthsea evocation ( knight form) but you'll spend most of your time in demon form ( firewind evocation) , knight form is more for pvp. All your passive skills need to be maxed out.
