Please help me i can't understand

Ok i've received an e-mail..They told me that they will do something with it they told me that i have to make sure that i've included some information i don't know please take a look:

*** Please make sure that you have included the following information in your email: your Aeria Games account id, the transaction/receipt id, the date/time of the transaction, and the amount in question. This will help us to resolve your issue in a more timely manner.

Aeria Games account id = Altea

the transaction/receipt id = log in to your OneBip account and check somewhere at transaction or something ( number codes )

the date/time of the transaction = same place as above ( orange )

the amount in question = you've said twice times 5 EUR ? well please put it in

please reply on the mail with that here above ( please use standard format, no attachments, color, another text type ect.... )

feel free to reply on the mail that you've got.

but if you want, you can use the ticket form again. But it's better to add the previous RT in the subject line so they would know on which RT ^^

please wait 2 days.

if you didn't got a reply, please go to the shaiya section and ask for a GS there in the shoutbox ( they have a green background ) to forward the RT number. More faster then a new ticket


or you can put your RT No# here, and i'm gonna ask a GS to check this thread

Pls someone help me!!!What is going on with aeria points?I take for onw last time and this time it was successful and they say that i have 602 ap...but when i go to item mall they say that i have -2 ap what is going on pls somebody HELP!!!

This should not be a problem, the -2 u saw is just cause the transaction was in process... try later. Anyway u should not surrender about the ap lost before...

Are u sure the money were taken in the old transaction? And did u get a replay to ur ticket?

Ok if you haven't been replied to send another reply to the reply to your ticket. The email you received make sure you include all the information Xybolt said. Sorry i'm unable to forward billing related RT's Sad.
