i can't remember the password and email address for my Account "Husky09" what can i do now?
It's my old account, and i really need it!
Can anyone help to find out which e-mail adress was used for that account?
That is all i need to know...for password recovery please!!

What game? U can try to ask GMs for it but they have certain policies to not release such info....kinda your responsibility to know your own email address. Good luck

Check all of your various emails, and see which one has received the password reset.

I already did this step. Sorry, but it's to funny. If i write in the AccountName it say that a email was send to my address. But if i type in all my email addresses it say me everytime "that e-mail address is not been used" or something like that. >.<

I tried the form to request the password reset but I dont know the email address. If I could get that I will log right into the email and then correct all this. But I have about 10 email addresses that I can think of off my head. I tried all of them and the reset is not there. I tied every combination of password I can think of

Anyhow, Username is GraysonV2 and the character is Razonna. If someone could advise me on what to do here I would appreciate it.

If you can't remember the e-mail attached to your account, you need to send in a ticket via this; Recover A Lost Account. Try to include as much as this information as possible~

1) Your full name
2) The email attached to the account
3) An alternate email we may attach to the account (please make sure you have access to this email and it is NOT currently attached to any Aeria account)
4) Your IP address (WAN IP ADDRESS)
5) The Last time you logged onto the account
6) Character information (names of all the characters on the account along with the gear and levels)
7) Where you live
8) Any AP transactions you made with the account
9) The name of the account in question
10) What does the account name mean/ stand for?
11) Country of origin this account was created in.

If you can provide enough information to prove the account is yours, they will help you recover it. Good luck with your issue.
