Yup, It's just how they designed the dungeon.

You are very late, I figured this out march of last year and posted this same type of thread on the forums lol. That said it serves no indication of anything, it's just a design of the dungeon and the clouds are sometimes white or green.

It's something you don't notice often though, I've only ever noticed it twice o.o
