Yes the spend to win part of raffle was yesterday (ended at 9pm pdt Saturday) and today is the play to win. If you still cant access page as from 9pm pdt last night until 9pm pdt tonight you get one entry to raffle for every hour you play up to a maximum allowed of 5 entries (5 hours to qualify)
