After responding with the details requested the helm expectantly disappeared 3 days later. That was 3 days ago and i am left wondering if the message was sent to billing to refund the particular purchase. Transaction ID/Date + Time - 201004205482096 2010-04-20 22:58:33.
I am glad that Aeria was able to assist me, but after the initial message i have not been able to receive any further contact in regards to the status an ETA on when my AP may be refunded. For all i know it may be a very complicating process, but i post here in hopes of speeding things up. Although i understand that from a glance at the posts in this section the support team may be overwhelmed.
