oh so can you upload yours cuz i axidentally cleared my recycle bin and it won't remake that file

ok with your file i got the green sprite again and now the game is downloading files so i guess now it is trying to remake the file, i'll tell you if it makes another file or not

ok it said there was a pkg.idx file but it was only 292kb and so i moved and replaced that with the one you had. so maybe i'm not able to download these files properly. i got the green sprite again. could you give me your whole gf folder? i'll replace mine with yours and see how that works out, maybe it'll work? since your files are changing how my errors work it means that your files work differently then mine (that don't seem to work).

the problem with uploading my entire gf folder is that it won't help you when you need patch. The patching process will screw it up even if it works. We need to figure out what is causing the game not to pack properly on your system. Something has to be causing the files not to properly pack into the pkg files. I can 7zip by installation and upload it but that'll only help you see if it works, but with each maintenance and patch you're out of luck again.

some of the packs seem to be different file sizes, when you gave me your files i noticed they were bigger then the ones i had. And when i was with my friend i gave him on a flashdrive the zip to download the setup. and at the time we had the same internet connection while we were updating and his somehow worked but mine didn't. so yeah it is probably something in my computer that's doing this but i have not clue, never had these kinds of errors with games before.

so let me at least see what your folder looks like cuz i wanna tell what's wrong in mine. unless if i could upload mine but idk how to do that.

had to split it into 2 part, granfantasia.zip.001 and grandfantasia.zip.002. Uploading now. Hopefully it'll be done before I have to leave to do stuff.
