No. This way there's no "bad guy". And GM's can't be everywhere at once.

i knw this all i wanted is a direct link to between players and [GM]s and by the way its easy alot of companies have it like in .. voice active chat btw company and players

and also a small NOTE: [GM] is not the only person who deals with the ticket there is also tech support staff and [PM]s sometimes so i guss it will be kinda easy to think about the idea ... i really like the idea i can talk to human not email

Sorry, that's not possible to implement on a wide scale. The point of the ticket system is documentation, anonymity, and a secure, reliable location.

Bei Wolfteam wurde ich gebannt wegen Glitschen obwohl das nich stimmt ich war bei zerstörungs2 Kriegsfabrik bei der leiter oben war wolf bin hoch gegangen bin schnell runter dan war ich aufeinmal auf diesen stangen also würde ich bitten meinen acc entsperren mein id is nkill6Drago2 pw is XClaudia1704

BANNS ARE NOT TO BE DISCUSSED ON THE FORUM.
and if some1 took your account and went hacking on it, than he knew your id+pass. only can be gotten trough acc sharing, free ap sites, and keyloggers in hacks.

Myy ccaptain zDivin is banned, and i dont know the reason,
If i login in the game it gives a error thats wrong password/id and if i do on forum there stays im banned,
