Game: DOMO

First: When I talk with a GM/GS(don't know who is who xD) they are all nice! So that's not the problem here(everytime I talk with Lady Leaf I am in a good mood ;3)
Why I voted 'poor':
- No reply on my ticket (It's already over 2 weeks, but whatever I don't need that reply anymore u.u)
- No previews for promos...is it really that difficult to put costume previews in promo anouncements? Not really. It can't be that we need a nice user who searches for image previews....that should be your job! I am not the first person who complains about that!
- It would be nice if Aeria would listen to their players...we give feedback in the Domo Item Mall & Promo Feedback Request Thread and nothing really changes.
- Aeria GMs/GSs/whoever need to be more active in forums. People ask something, so we want an answer.
Example:
At the moment there is an event(I <3 DOMO). And for that event there is a 'I <3 DOMO Comments and questions'-thread too...Nice idea! Really! But you shouldn't only open such a thread...you should visit that thread too and ANSWER! o_o

That's LESS then the stack of five. I honestly believe the Stack of 5 should be reduced to 1k in the Item Mall just like it is in the In-Game Item mall.

- You should check that and update the IM and the ingame IM as well please. We love to spend AP...but not like that...update the IMs and you will earn more money(we are not stupid u.u)
- people got wrong items from promos.
- people got no items, needed to wait longer
- people got items, but on the wrong server
- we need to wait way too long for the items. If you state: Items will be delivered within 10 Business Days', then I expect you to deliver the items in that time! Don't say something when you can't make it in time.
If they can't handle all those promos and events maybe they should think about reducing them a little bit o_o Better than having such a chaos...
They can't even keep their word with the ALL DAY Eversun City 100%exp Buff...sorry, but that's really a laughingstock <_<
I got buff for 2 hours...when I wanted to refresh the buff in eversun city it was gone...I waited almost 20 minutes. And I am not the only one who is disappointed(again).
Like I said before...if you can't even handle all those promos and events, don't make so much! Reduce them <_< Don't make promises you can't fulfill.
I think that's all I have to say for now...not sure if I forgot something. But I believe that you understand now why I voted 'poor service'.
