Servers are now live and operational.


We are running a 50% bonus experience event until Thursday afternoon (PST).



FINALLY-- SUBSTANTIVE INFORMATION :O

Okay, here's the deal, straight from the source:

- Gaia had hardware issues
- Gaia QQd about its job
- Gaia needed to have some parts replaced
- That is being worked on as quickly as possible

- The Database was SAVED. We do NOT BELIEVE that anyones "characters" or "stuff" will be erased or missing in any way.
- WE DO NOT ANTICIPATE ROLLBACKS (This is not a PROMISE, but we DON'T EXPECT THEM, and we are staying very positive and hopeful in this regard)

The issues have been isolated, are being actively worked on as quickly as possible, and we want to get the game back up and running as quickly as possible.

THERE IS STILL NO ETA AT THIS TIME, BUT WE ARE WORKING ON IT.

Super Secret Info(tm): Nothing is CONFIRMED yet, but the GM team is pushing very hard to get you all a little "surprise" of some kind for all your patience and understanding with this matter. We will try to do something nice for you. Stay tuned... <3

PLEASE NOTE: it seems that there is some confusion about what "server host issues" means.

Gaia, one of the SERVERS, is HOSTED somewhere. When there is a problem with the server, such as a HARDWARE FAILURE, the SERVER HOST must replace the parts and get the HOSTED SERVER back online again.

This was a SERVER HOST ISSUE, as initially stated, and nothing has changed in that regard-- only more specific information has been attained and shared.
