Shouldn't that be Listed As March not Feburary?

If the event starts on Friday evening, the fifth of March at 9:00 Pm Pacific Time, as they said, well no, it has not started...in a little less than an hour it will begin and should continue until the same time tomorrow, Saturday evening, the sixth of March at 9:00 Pm Pacific Time....it can be very confusing.

Hi I'd like to know if I'd qualify by spending the amount of AP necessary for a tier if I spend say half the amount in web item mall and half in the in-game item mall during the event?

if i am right this is a comulative tired spender right? so if i qualify for tier 2 i get tier 1 and 2 or is that just if you qualify for tier 3 then you get all other tires?

Is this applicable to AP spent on the loot wheel too?
