Here is a software that I have been asked to review. I have been given a free use serial that is supposed to last for 5 months or so.

Well long story shot, I think this software is really helpful in capturing video for hackers and etc.

Also as i am supposed to be reviewing and testing the software I am allowed to give theis key to anyone that is willing to help from now till the date stated in the README file in the .zip file.

So if you wish to use the software read the README file in the .zip and please post your comments/ bugs you may have found in the software.

It's very important I get as much feeback as possible.

I am licenced to distribute it to whom I wish over the 5months period I have it for review.

First impressions are great! Installing had 1 hickup, it gave me some error, though, trying to install it the 2nd time worked (Sorry for not SSing the error, forgot it)

The recording of videos goes really smoothly, you set the settings to fullscreen or whatever size you want the video, press on record, about 1 sec later you get a window counting down from 3 to 1 before it's gonna start.
During the recording I had no lag at all, everything was fine, awesome!
However, when playing the video it does actually lag, but the quality is the same as how you see it while you're playing!! Insane =]

About the editting I'm not sure, just tried it for a few seconds, didn't really look at it yet.

its kind of slow i have a bought version earlier and well... buggy slow videos so i use fraps

Unzipped fine
Installed fine
Easy to use..and I've used like hypercam and fraps n stuff but they lagg or give low frames per second or something I dunno, but this camtasia thing is easy to go a long with...also playback on recorded videos plays just like how I was playing (You get me right? lol)

Might use this to make pvp videos lol

i should record a difference video one with camtasia and one with fraps since i own both rofl... still prefer fraps over camtasia

Yeah, I have noticed that too. FRAPS is much better on the lagg side. Although it works fine on a uber high spec desktop
