Bug Fixes

- Skill recharge option should now work properly. (This is still bugged, a bug report has been documented and sent in on September 10th 2008)

- Level 73/85 Armor and weapon sets should now meld properly to costumes and covers.

- Level 60 armor and weapon strings have been changed, the items should now have new names.
