yea im staying away from theese promotions last one(the mini tier ) I made tier 3 but got nothing so it seems pointless to get excited about theese promos

try to: billing@aeriagames.com subject your ONE ticket number.
copy and paste your billing record/s from that transaction. Billing has always been very helpful and fast with their resolutions.

Are the "Upgrade Seals" 20 winners per major server (e.g. 20 on Katar, 20 on Sarissa, 20 on ...) or is this 20 winners total combined servers?
