Where do you get the regular silent darkness resonance stones? I don't know.

Ultimate silent darkness resonance stones are obtainable from oalch and some higher level quests, and the regular ones are either obtained from the black swamp altar or any alchemist I think.

Nah, the alchemists don't sell their formulas, but I found that you can indeed get them from one of the Black Swamp Quill quests.
