Is the Destroyer Package Rebate already on now ?

Why there is no qty (quantity) mentioned in the Destroyer Package at item mall ?

rebate destroyer package

i bought the normal package at 9:03 pm, gm can you help me with these problem?

1 hour ago it didnt say not to buy the normal package, so it's not my fault
because i waited until 9:00 pm then i went to the item mall and i purchase the normal package.

i will get very upset if i dont get my ap back.
plz help me
