Is there any possible way to get this done in the morning, or later during the night? If this is going to be the time it's always under maintenance, is there any reason why it has to be during prime time hours?

This was more targetted to having a time when less people are on to do maintenance if possible. It's never possible to keep everyone happy, it's just for the most part keeping the majority happy by doing it when a lot less people are on.

Do it when hardly anyone is on, like say tuesday morning. Hardly anyone is ever on during that time. Are we going to get any official reply to why it has to be on monday during prime time hours?
