I would like to ask for a change in the current GvG rules, making it so that Res Runes are no longer used during a GvG match, or at the very least, the GvG alert message to be changed from the *exact* same message of the standard Duel request alert.

I find that it is much to easy to have accidents happen with the current GvG request format. I myself almost lost a 55um toon and 10bil in gear because i wasnt paying enough attention to know i was requested for GvG vs a standard duel. if it hadnt been for a very kind passing healer i would, at the least, be in a whole lot of debt. i hadnt had my runes on me because i pass them around between the toons i grind.

Currently, the one and only way to tell if you are being requested for a duel or not is a typo in the GvG request. the word "battle" is incorrectly spelled "battel". There is NO other way to know.

I have heard a number of people mention this. It would be nice to have some differentiation between the different battle types. I will bring this up at the next team meeting.

I totally 100% agree. A guildie of mine actually had this happen, and she lost her lvl53UM warr because of it. Either change the interface of the request, or simply remove the Res Rune usage from the GvG altogether.

agree, i was surprised that the message icon was totally same while 1VS1 is totally different from GvG o.O

yep i agree with this too.

The message should be changed so that it reads exactly which is about to happen ; 1v1 Duel or a GvG Battle.

Res Rune usage should also be removed since a GvG is just a large scale "duel".
